曾主持国家自然科学基金项目9项,国家科技部(863计划)项目1项,国家重点研发项目子课题1项。发表学术论文100余篇,被SCI收录40余篇。培养博士后3名,博士生20余名,硕士研究生30余名。获得中国康复医学会科技进步奖一等奖,中华医学科技奖二等奖、教育部科技奖二等奖、上海市科技进步奖二等奖和国家科技进步二等奖(第八完成人)等奖项各1项。
主编《社区康复适宜技术》、《内外科疾病康复学实训指导》、《康复医学学习指导与习题集》、《康复医学》(全国高等学校八年制教材)、《医师定考,康复医学分册》、《康复医学概论》等教材。
